全球暖化氣候變遷，導致台灣天然災害頻繁，國人對於災害的防救，著實宜提高危機意識與對天然災害基礎知識的瞭解。有鑑於此，本課程之學習目標，是希望修課的同學們能瞭解災害的產生原因、採取防災應對方式，並未雨綢繆作好防災規劃，盼使同學對於天然災害及防災體系有更深一層的瞭解。1.使學生能夠瞭解台灣常見的災害種類與型態2.瞭解災害的產生原因及應變方式3.瞭解防災科技之運用方式4.瞭解災害之防治對策5.瞭解緊急管理(俗稱災害管理)之四個步驟6.防救災體系的認識7.以口頭及書面報告方式，訓練問題解決能力The global warming climatic change, causes the Taiwan natural disaster to be frequent, the people against rescue regarding the disaster, raises the crisis consciousness and to the natural disaster elementary knowledge understanding suitably really. Therefore, study of goal this curriculum, is hoped repairs the class schoolmates can understand disaster's production reason, adopts the disaster prevention to deal with the way, and provides for a rainy day finishes the disaster prevention plan, hoped that causes schoolmate has a deeper understanding regarding the natural disaster and the disaster prevention system.
